QPR Suicide Prevention
QPR—Question, Persuade, Refer—is often compared to CPR because it gives ordinary people practical skills that may help save a life. Participants learn how to recognize warning signs, begin a supportive conversation, and connect a person in crisis with appropriate help.

Non-Escalation / De-Escalation
